If a child or pet is inside, call 911 first
A closed car heats up fast in summer and gets dangerously cold in winter. If a child, a vulnerable adult or a pet is locked inside, call 911 right away. Then call us.
What to have ready
- The exact location of the vehicle
- Year, make and model
- A photo ID that matches the vehicle, or proof you're allowed to drive it
We'll ask you to show that the vehicle is yours before we open it. That protects you.
Lost keys or a broken key fob
If the keys are lost, not just locked inside, we can tow the car to a dealership or locksmith that can cut and program a new key.
